Danielle Lisiecki

Danielle Lisiecki is first-generation student and Texas native, raised in Waxahachie. She is a transfer student who is excited to dive into the Marine Biology program at TAMU-CC. Danielle has always had a special interest in animals and the ocean, and her desire to work with coral reefs stemmed from a meeting of her love for the ocean and concern for the climate crisis. She wishes to pursue a PhD with an end goal of teaching as a professor and conducting research.

In her free time, Danielle loves to swim, read, write, and hang out with her dog, Delilah. She is also excited to take advantage of living so close to a beach for the first time
