Jillian is a recent law school graduate and a Marine Policy and Law Fellow at HRI.
In law school, she focused on international environmental law, human rights law, and ocean conservation. She is especially interested in marine plastic pollution, climate migration, and global environmental governance. At HRI, Jillian will support Endowed Chair for Marine Policy and Law, Kristina Alexander, and work on her own research paper.
Jillian loves being at the beach, listening to music, and traveling. After growing up in California and living in New York City, she is looking forward to experiencing life on the "Third Coast."
